All of Artist Susan Carmen-Duffy’s artwork is copyrighted and are protected by law. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, create “derivative works” (artworks based off of the artists’ original work), tattoo or display her artwork without the artist’s written and expressed permission. Selling artwork derived from Susan Carmen-Duffy original artwork for profit without giving the artist (the original owner, artist, and creator, Susan Carmen-Duffy) credit as well as compensation is also strictly prohibited. In addition, after the buyer purchases any of the artist’s artworks, the buyer does not own the copyrights for the artwork after purchase.
The artist, Susan Carmen-Duffy retains all copyrights, even after the artwork has been sold. This means even after an artwork is purchased, the buyer does not own any rights to the image and the buyer does not have the right to copy, stencil, print, tattoo, or reproduce the artist’s artwork in any way, (for personal or other reasons). Nor does the buyer ever have the right to reproduce and sell for profit.
Any reproduction in any way is a Copyright Infringement and legal action will be taken.
