Wholesale Policies
Ordering & Payment
Orders can be made by email or phone. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). All orders will be charged at the time of shipment. If we do not have your credit card on file, we will call on the day of shipment. Net 30 terms may be offered for retailers with an established relationship with Greetings 4 Good and a credit sheet.
- The Initial Order minimum is $150. (US dollars)
- Follow up orders are a minimum of $100 (US dollars)
- Minimum of 6 of each design ordered.
- Multi-packs a minimum of 3 of each design ordered.
- The wholesale price offering is 50% off the suggested MSRP.
Product Specifics
- All cards are designed with the art and sentiments of artist Susan Carmen-Duffy.
- All cards are printed on quality paper in Rochester, New York.
- Art prints are Giclée printed in Rochester, New York, and are high-resolution and archival.
- Cards are ready for your retail establishment with an appropriate envelope and high-quality cellophane sleeve.
Turnaround & Shipping
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Shipping times will vary based on volume and availability. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via UPS or USPS and costs are charged at the time of shipment. We try our best to ship everything in one box, but occasionally additional boxes are necessary. Please contact us if you have time-sensitive shipping terms, or if you have a FedEx or UPS account number that you would like us to use. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers. Orders ship from Rochester, NY.
IF ORDERING ONLINE: Please select the WHOLESALE option of $ 19.95. If your shipping total is less, you will be refunded the difference in payment. If it is higher than $19.95, we will call prior to shipping for additional payment. If you are placing an order with a delayed ship date, please indicate that when prompted at cart checkout.
Display & Packaging
All Greetings 4 Good © products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. All of our items arrive retail-ready. Individual cards are packaged in a high-quality clear cello sleeve and greeting card sets come packaged in an appropriately sized cello sleeve.
Prints are packaged in a cello sleeve.
Cancellations, Returns & Backorders
All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are only accepted if defective items are received. We do not accept returns on any unsold seasonal or everyday merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds for damaged goods only. Damaged goods must be photographed and emailed to us. You may be asked to ship the product back to us at your cost. Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Original form of payment is refunded in 1-2 weeks.
Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.
Backorders
Backorders may require additional lead time. Contact Susan to inquire about delivery.
