Gratitude is not always expressed out loud. It comes in many forms- typically for a gift or perhaps a favor.
What if you sent a thank you note to your child’s teacher for the patience and grace shown to your child, or the post person for treading through the weather, or even the waitress who remembers how you like your coffee at your favorite diner?
It doesn’t have to be a magnanimous gesture. It just has to be sincere.
